The calculation of the delivery time is based on the destination region of the order, without taking into account the size of the package or the weight of the items. Regardless of the number of items or the total value of the purchase, the delivery time remains unchanged.

In special situations, such as the absence of the recipient, delivery restrictions in certain areas, or incorrect address information, customers may be asked to pick up the products at another location.

In the case of an incorrect address and inability to deliver, the product may be redirected to the distribution center.
